1. Introduction

Gor Technologies (“we“, “our“, or “us“) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the MonDe: Your Private Money Book mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as “MonDe“ or the “App“), available on iOS and Android.

Our philosophy is simple: Your financial data is yours alone. MonDe is built as a local-first, offline application. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have any access to your personal or financial information.

2. Data Collection and Storage

We do not collect any user data. All data entered into MonDe—including ledger entries, account details, net worth, and attached documents—is processed and stored locally on your device using your device's native on-device storage.

We do not operate any servers to host your data, we do not require you to create an account with us, and your financial information never passes through our hands. If you choose to use native OS backup features (such as Apple iCloud Backup or Google Drive Backup), your data is securely backed up by Apple or Google according to their privacy policies.

3. Device Permissions

To provide core functionality, the App may request local access to specific device features. These permissions are strictly used on-device, and the resulting data is never uploaded to our servers or any third-party services.

• Camera & Photo Library: The App may request access to your camera or photo library solely to allow you to capture or attach photos (such as receipts, warranties, or documents) to your ledger entries.
• Files & Folders: The App may request access to your local file system to allow you to save, export, or import your encrypted .monde backup files.

4. Security & Encryption

Because MonDe handles sensitive financial information, it employs strong cryptographic standards (including AES-GCM and PBKDF2) to secure your exported vault files. This encryption happens entirely locally on your device. We do not possess your encryption passwords, nor do we have any technical means to decrypt your files or recover your password if it is lost.

5. Analytics and Tracking

We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs in MonDe. We do not track your behavior or build profiles. The only analytics generated are the default, aggregated crash reports provided by the platform providers (Apple via App Store Connect, or Google via Google Play Console), which are governed by your device's explicit opt-in.

6. Children's Privacy

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, we define a child as an individual under 18 years of age. Because MonDe operates entirely locally and does not transmit data to us, no personal information from children or adults is ever collected by Gor Technologies.

7. Your Data Rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

Under the DPDP Act, you possess rights regarding your digital personal data, including the right to access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal.

• Exercising Your Rights: Because Gor Technologies does not collect or possess any data from the MonDe app, we cannot execute data access or deletion requests on your behalf. You have absolute control over your data and may exercise your right to erasure at any time by simply deleting your ledger entries or deleting the App from your device.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy or the use of the App.
